The estimated termite damage repair cost is approximately $7.8 million. Cardillo Presses on with Homeowners Claim Cardillo Law Firm will continue fighting insurance companies on behalf of homeowners in the Wang v. ANPAC case. The trial had been scheduled for last year, but the insurance company ANPAC improperly transferred the case to federal court in order to dodge the trial. The federal court ruled that ANPAC had wrongly removed the case to federal court, and ordered the case back to the state court for trial. The Wangs are seeking punitive damages on top of their repair costs based on ANPAC’s bad faith. The Wangs also have a separate termite lawsuit pending against Truly Nolen, which has not yet been scheduled for trial.
